There are a few things that are important to understand before we begin to work with each other.

  1. The best way to start is to send me an email from my Contact page in which you describe the project you want me to do for you with the rough details. This is called the Consultation phase.

  2. The Consultation Phase is free.

  3. After the first contact is initiated, I will get back to you with questions which I expect to get detailed answers to. If we both feel that we are a good match for each other, we can continue. If not, we go our merry ways without any grudge.

  4. You pay the deposit before I start working.

  5. Paying the deposit means that the points in this fine print have been agreed upon.

  6. The deposit is 50% of the whole payment.

  7. The deposit is non-refundable.

  8. When I accept to work on your project, I will finish the first draft in one month's time.

  9. If you have pictures or photos you want me to use in your project, you have to make sure that they are copyright free. I do not work with images that are already copyrighted. I will need to see proof of ownership or right of usage of the images you want me to use. This is to spare both of us a lot of trouble in the future.

  10. After the first draft has been sent to you, you have one week to come with suggestions for changes or a request for a re-design. If I do not hear from you within that week, I will stop working on your project until you get back to me. Depending on how long time it takes, I might have other projects taking up my time, and you will have to wait until I can squeeze you in again.

  11. Communication is key. You need to give me clear and timely answers to my questions so that I can deliver what you want.

  12. Respect goes two ways. I will always try to deliver a project that will make you 100% satisfied, but I cannot work on your project if you do not respect my time.

  13. When you are satisfied with the finished work, you pay the rest of the amount, and I will send the digital files to you.

  14. The digital files will be of high-resolution in 300 px and in the formats PNG, JPG, and PDF. If you so request, they will come in both RGB and CMYK.

  15. After you have paid the full amount, you own the work and the copyright will transfer to you.

  16. You cannot use the work of Hellhag Productions under your name, i.e., you cannot claim that you are the creator.

  17. I keep the right to use the project on my website and for marketing purposes.

  18. For book cover designs, the back cover will not include a bar code. However, there will be room for a bar code.

  19. For book formatting projects, I will need your finished and fully edited text.

  20. When you use the work of Hellhag Productions, we expect a credit. For example: Cover design by Hellhag Productions on your Copyright Page of your book, or a one-time mention once per game in your streaming when you use the handouts, etc.

  21. All prices are in USD.
